Ordering & Delivery

All orders to be forwarded by telephone, fax, email or on-line submission.

All orders will only be treated as "confirmed orders" upon acknowledgement. Kindly re-submit order(s) if confirmation is not received.

All orders are for delivery in Singapore only.

Our office hours:

Weekdays: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Saturdays: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm

Sundays & Public Holidays: Closed

Orders placed before 12:00 pm will be delivered before 5:00 pm on the same day.

Orders placed after 12:00 pm will be delivered on the same night.

Orders placed after 5:00 pm will be delivered next morning.

However, we will try to deliver your orders as promptly as possible, kindly call us to confirm.

Change of particulars must be made 24 hours before delivery.

Substitution

The Florist – Flowers for All reserves the right to substitute any item(s) with another of similar or higher value.

Cancellation of Order

Cancellation of order must be made 24 hours before delivery.

Receiver’s particulars must be correct. Additional charges may be required for re-routing or re-delivery.

Payment

All prices are in Singapore Dollars inclusive of delivery.

We accept the following credit cards:

• VISA

• Mastercard

• American Express

For corporate orders, payment must be made within 7 days upon receipt of Invoice.
